Agreement

These terms apply when you use anglertrove.com or buy a digital product from AnglerTrove, which is operated by an independent sole proprietor based in the Philippines. By buying from us you agree to them.

What you are buying

AnglerTrove sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped to you. When you buy the Colorado Fly Fishing Playbook you receive a downloadable toolkit of files. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Who you pay

Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy, who act as our Merchant of Record. Your payment and any applicable sales tax or VAT are handled by them, and your card statement may show their name rather than ours. AnglerTrove never receives, processes or stores your card details.

Lemon Squeezy’s own terms apply to the payment itself, alongside these terms, which cover the product and your licence to use it.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged as a one-time payment. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout and is calculated by Lemon Squeezy.

Your licence

When you buy a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

• Read the files on any device you own.
• Print copies for your own personal use.
• Keep your copy indefinitely.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise distribute the files.
• Upload them anywhere they can be publicly downloaded, or share your download link publicly.
• Reproduce substantial parts of them in your own commercial products.
• Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices.

Delivery

Delivery is electronic. After a successful payment you are given access to your files and sent download instructions by email. Download links are time-limited and have a use limit, so please save your files somewhere safe once you have them. If a link expires or stops working, email us and we will send you a fresh one at no cost and with no time limit on asking.

Refunds

Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

What our products are, and what they are not

AnglerTrove products are planning and reference resources. We put real effort into making them accurate and useful, and everything in them is our own work. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced on behalf of Colorado Parks and Wildlife or any other government or land-management authority.

Specifically, our products:

• Do not include live river conditions, current flows or real-time reports of any kind.
• Are not a substitute for current fishing regulations or licence requirements.
• Do not guarantee hatches, conditions, access, or that you will catch fish.
• May become out of date after publication.

Regulations, public access, permitted methods, bag limits, seasonal closures and access fees all change, sometimes at short notice. Water levels, flows and weather change daily. Always check current information with the relevant government or land-management authority before you fish, and confirm access with the landowner or managing agency where relevant.

The products are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Safety

Fly fishing involves real risk, including cold and moving water, changing weather, remote terrain and wildlife. Nothing in our products is a safety assessment of any location or of conditions on a given day. You are responsible for your own safety and for judging whether conditions are safe at the time.

Our content

All content we publish, including text, layouts, illustrations, the AnglerTrove name and logo, remains our property or that of our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw a product at any time. If we withdraw a product you have already bought, that does not affect your licence to keep using your copy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
